4. The proportion of silicone and curing agent is estimated to be the dosage of the mold. The surface of the mold silicone is an active liquid. If one piece is not cured, the silicone will show a dry and uneven state. It will affect the application life of the silicone mold and the number of mold turnovers. Component A It is silica gel, and component B is a curing agent. Weigh the required silica gel electronically, and then weigh the curing agent in a certain proportion. Normally the increase of the curing agent is 2%-3%. For example: take 100 grams of silica gel, participate in 2 grams of curing agent, glue and curing agent Stirring average, (Note: The silica gel and curing agent must stir evenly, if there is no stirring average, the mold will show a piece that has been cured and even the mold is scrapped.
