Analysis of 3D printed prototype technology
At present, 3D printed prototypes have already brought a huge impact to the prototype industry. Those parts that were once expensive and took weeks to design can now be designed in the morning, printed at night, and delivered the next day.
1. For conventional products, ABS material is generally used. This material is easy to process for making the hand board, and the post-processing of the hand board is also pretty.
2. Materials for high temperature resistant products can be selected from (1) epoxy resin; (2) bakelite; (3) black PC; (4) PA (nylon). Except for the black PC which can be bonded by these four materials, the other three cannot be bonded and need to be processed as a whole.
3.Abrasion-resistant product hand board, can choose POM or PA. Neither of these two materials can be used in the production of handboards, which require integral processing.
4.For high toughness products, you can choose PA or PP. Neither of these two materials can be used in the production of handboards, which require integral processing.
5.Transparent product hand board, you can choose PMMA (acrylic), transparent ABS, transparent PC and other materials. The boards made from these materials are polished and have high transparency to achieve the same effect as real products.
6.The surface treatment of products is generally divided into surface effects such as oil injection, electroplating, matte, screen printing, and pad printing. The hand spraying is divided into glossy, matte, sandy, transparent, translucent, fluorescent, rubber oil and other effects.
