What should you pay attention to after aluminum profile oxidation treatment?
In order to make the aluminum profile surface hard and anticorrosive, we will anodize some aluminum workpieces. This process effect can not only improve the performance of aluminum profile workpieces, but also improve the aesthetics of the workpieces. But after the aluminum oxidation treatment, there are still some things that need to be paid attention to. Otherwise, the use of aluminum workpieces is not good, and it may even cause early damage to the aluminum.
1. Rinse with hot water. After oxidation, the aluminum parts need to be washed with hot water. The purpose is to age the film. However, the water temperature and time must be strictly controlled. If the water temperature is too high, the film layer is thinned and the color becomes pale. Similar problems will occur if the treatment time is too long. The suitable temperature and time are: temperature 40 ~ 50 ℃, time 0.5 ~ 1MIN.
2. Drying, it is better to dry naturally. Hang the washed aluminum parts diagonally on the shelf, so that the free water on the working surface flows down in the vertical direction. The water droplets flowing to the corners of the lower end are sucked off with a towel, and the color of the film layer dried in this way is not affected and looks natural.
3. Aging. The aging method can be determined according to the climatic conditions. In the summer with strong sunlight, it can be exposed to the sun. In the rainy or winter, it can be baked in an oven. The process conditions are: temperature 40 ~ 50 ℃ for 10 ~ 15min
4. For repair of unqualified parts, unqualified conductive oxide film parts should be picked out before the drying and aging process. The film layer is difficult to remove after drying and aging, and will affect the roughness of the aluminum surface. For the unqualified workpieces, we can take the following simple measures to solve them: First, clamp the unqualified workpieces on the aluminum anodizing fixture, and then anodize the aluminum anodizing method in sulfuric acid solution for 2 ~ 3min. The film layer is soft and detached, and then the conductive anodization can be performed again after the alkali solution is slightly washed and the nitric acid is exposed to light.
