Three characteristics of aluminum alloy CNC machining

Since the people's living standards have improved, the precision of aluminum handicrafts has become more and more strict, thereby improving the aluminum alloy cnc processing technology. Aluminum alloy cnc processing is a part processing technology using CNC machine tools. Aluminum alloy CNC machining is a machining method that uses digital information to control the displacement of parts and tools.

1. The aluminum alloy has low hardness.

Compared with titanium alloys and quenched steels, aluminum alloys have lower hardness, and of course, heat-treated or die-cast aluminum alloys also have higher hardness. The HRC hardness of the general aluminum plate is generally below 40 degrees of HRC. Therefore, in the case of processing an aluminum alloy, the load of the tool is small. In addition, the aluminum alloy has excellent thermal conductivity, so the cutting temperature of aluminum alloy milling is low, and the milling speed can be increased.

2. Low plasticity of aluminum alloy

Aluminum alloy has low plasticity and low melting point. When processing aluminum alloys, the combination of edge problems is very deep, the chip removal performance is poor, and the surface roughness is also high. In fact, the processing of aluminum alloy is mainly due to the poor effect of the knife and the roughness. If the two problems of fixing the blade and the quality of the processed surface are solved, the problem of aluminum alloy processing can be solved.

Third, the tool is easy to wear

Due to the use of unsuitable tool materials, in the case of processing aluminum alloys, there are many cases where tool wear is accelerated due to problems such as bar blades and chip discharge.
