Advantages and disadvantages of precision CNC machining

The more commonly called precision CNC machining is computer gong machining, or CNC machine tool machining. It is a widely used processing method in the hardware industry. Our national precision CNC industry is mainly distributed in the Pearl River Delta. CNCCH or CNC milling machine, there are also called CNC machining centers in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shanghai and other areas. Usually CNC machining refers to precision machining, lathe machining, milling machine machining, boring and milling machine machining and other types. However, this processing method is relatively new in modern times. Because of the need to compile processing programs, the original manual work was turned into computer programming. There are higher requirements for existing processing technology workers.

Advantages of precision CNC machining:

① Reduce the number of tooling a lot, and do not need complicated tooling to process parts with complex shapes. If you want to change the shape and size of the part, you only need to modify the part processing program, which is suitable for the development and modification of new products.

② Stable processing quality, high processing accuracy and high repeat accuracy, adapting to the processing requirements of the aircraft.

③ The production efficiency is higher in the case of multi-variety and small-batch production, which can reduce the time for production preparation, machine tool adjustment and process inspection, and reduce the cutting time due to the use of excellent cutting volume.

④ Machining complex profiles that are difficult to process with conventional methods, and even machining parts that cannot be observed.

Disadvantages: Machine tool equipment is expensive and requires a high level of maintenance personnel.
