Introduction and method of brush wire drawing in sheet metal

1Brushing: It is a kind of abrasive belt grinding process. After the abrasive belt stops the grinding process on the metal surface, it removes the metal surface defects and forms a decorative surface with a certain roughness and uniform texture.

3 Equipment, belts, models

3.1 2000 automatic wire drawing machine; abrasive belt model: 320 #, 400 #

3.2 HS-24A Triangle Wire Drawing Machine: Belt Model: 180 #, 320 #

4. Wire drawing operation method and matters needing attention:

4.1 The operator must wear labor protection supplies;

4.2 Make sure that each system of the equipment is in good condition before starting up;

4.3 2000 automatic wire drawing machine is operated by two people, one for feeding and one for discharging.

HS-24A triangle wire drawing machine is operated by one person;

4.4 It is necessary to check whether the wire drawing parts, especially the mesh plate, can be leveled, and the deformed workpiece should be returned to the previous process for leveling;

4.5 Before work, check to see if there is a maintenance film or glue on the plane that needs to be repaired.You must first remove it before you can stop processing.

4.6 When processing, first use the 180 # old abrasive belt for rough drawing. (The new abrasive belt Ra is too large.) Hold the pressure plate with one hand and press it on the abrasive belt.

Make the abrasive cloth belt contact the workpiece evenly; swing the platform fixing plate back and forth with the other hand, and repeat repeatedly until the workpiece

The silk pattern is clear, no pits, no scorching and other undesirable phenomena. Just remember that you can't wire at one time

Excessive depth and force (to prevent burns).

4.7 If there is scorching during the drawing process, you can wipe the oil stick or a small amount of diesel oil on the surface of the abrasive cloth.

Then quietly pull it until the scorch phenomenon is eliminated.

4.8 If there is a slight unevenness in the workpiece, you can first use the adjustment pressure plate or use your fingers (local force)

4.9 The rough drawing is finished, and then use a high-grade (400 #) fine abrasive belt for fine drawing.The fine drawing method is the same as 5.7 and 5.8.

After fine drawing, please be free of scratches, bumps, pollution and corrosion on the surface, and the construction surface and transition surface

4.10 Drawing thickness <0.1mm.

4.11 The direction of the drawing lines should be different, and should not be drawn, especially the scratches or pits perpendicular to the direction of the drawing lines should be removed.

4.12 When drawing small workpieces, a jig should be used to ensure that the parallelism error between the upper and lower planes is <0.1mm.

4.13 Stop the inspection according to the model, and implore that the texture of the surface is even.

4.14 After the materials are qualified, they must be placed on general pallets or special pallets or in special appliances with white EPE intervals;
