Secondly, analyze the bad position of the hardware drawing mold to find the final factor. Check whether there are foreign objects such as iron filings on the surface or inside of the metal stretching mold product before molding, and then check whether there are a lot of burrs on the bending edge of the metal stretching mold. The easiest way to solve the surface defects of the metal stretching mold is to change the structure and change the sliding friction of the bending punch of the metal stretching mold into rolling friction. This can minimize scratches. You can also add stamping oil or The surface is covered with a plastic film to prevent scratches, but this cost is not low. If you want to completely prevent this phenomenon, or if conditions permit, you can use the flap structure, because the flap structure does not exist relative friction at all, so there will be no surface problems of metal stretching molds.
